In the past few years the vast majority of insurance companies have dismissed their outside appraisal staff and instead rely on ‘photo estimates’ and body shops to obtain the proper documentation for damages to your personal vehicle. While this has saved the carriers millions of dollars, it has placed an undue burden on our staff. We are not insurance appraisers nor adjusters, and we have no say in what insurance companies choose to pay for repairs made to your vehicle.

We perform necessary repairs in an honest fashion with a focus on quality, but we cannot repair a vehicle without payment in full. Insurance policies are meant to reimburse you for any reasonable cost presented to them for a covered peril. This appears obvious and simple on the face of the claim but the reality does not always align with the pocketbook of the insurance carriers.

Simply put, instances may arise when your insurance will not cover the full cost of the necessary repairs made to your vehicle, and in those instances we must request that you make us whole by paying any remaining balance due not covered by your insurance.
